Comunidad Hispana (Hispanic Ministry)

In March 1990, the first Spanish Mass was celebrated at St. Mary. Today, the 12:30 pm Sunday Mass serves a growing Hispanic community united by their desire to share their culture with the Parish at large.

The Hispanic Ministry offers a number of services and ministries. Please see our website (in Spanish) for further details.

St. Mary School

St. Mary School is committed to providing a Christian atmosphere for students, families, and educators who share a vision of integrating quality academic standards in an enriching learning environment, supported by the Catholic values found in the Gospel message of Jesus Christ. We base our education on Christ as our model, through studying scripture and fostering the teachings and traditions of the Catholic Church.

St. Mary’s School Strives to:

  • Create a Christian community where children grow to understand the Gospel message, develop a personal relationship with Christ and commit themselves to serving God in society.
  • Help children acquire and master the skills and knowledge necessary to survive and function successfully in society.
  • Promote self-confidence, encourage acceptance of others and provide a basis for positive relationships that reflect the Gospel message.
  • Provide a safe atmosphere conducive to healthy physical development and good sportsmanship.
  • Cultivate sensitivity to ethnic diversity and to foster appreciation of the contribution of all cultures for the enrichment of society.

St. Mary School provides a Christian environment emphasizing academics, encourages critical interpretation of our work and fosters awareness of our individual responsibilities as Christian American citizens. School curriculum includes computers, science, and foreign language programs. St. Mary School is supported by funds generated from a combination of student tuition and several fundraising activities. Limited tuition grants are available.
