CYO is a Diocesan program of ministry to our young people. St. Mary Church features CYO programs for cross-country in the fall, basketball in the winter, Track and Volleyball in the spring. Cross-country, basketball and track are open to children in grade levels 2nd-8th who reside inside our St. Mary Parish boundary, attend St. Mary School, or attend CCD. Volleyball is a school CYO activity open to girls in grades 6-8. Our parish welcomes volunteer adult coaches and encourages our parish youth to get involved in these great sport activities! 2010/11 Registration Info!
It’s time again for St. Mary’s CYO basketball!
Basketball season is right around the corner - it’s time again to register for St. Mary’s CYO basketball!
Registration is coming in August – mark your calendars. We will have In-Person Registration on Tuesday, August 17th and Thursday August 26th at St. Mary’s Elementary School Gym from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
On-Line Registration OPENED July 1st at: http://www.sportability.com/stmaryscyo
Early-bird registration fees are the same as last year (no increase) $175/child or $450 maximum/family before August 1st. Between August 1st and August 31st the registration fee is $185/child. Late registration (if space is available) is $200/child after September 1st.
Any child in grades 2nd - 8th who lives within St. Mary's boundaries, attends St. Mary's CCD, or attends St. Mary's Elementary School is eligible to play. Any questions regarding boundaries, please contact Jim Regan 925-817-8876. Try-outs will be on September 10th, 11th and 12th, depending on grade. Detailed try-out schedules will be posted at registration.
If you are new to the program please bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate.
